Roo and Bogie, two of my

rescued felines

Lori Piotrowski

When I was a young girl I fell in love with the colonial time period of North America. I had often wondered what it would be like to live and work in that time. One year, while attending a writers conference, I had an assignment that changed my life. That short piece gave birth to the storyline of The Molly Weston Chronicles: Revolutionary Heart.

I earned a Masters Degree in Romance Languages from Ohio State University and am a renaissance woman of varied careers. My first job was in publishing, later moving into corporate communications, on to architectural photography, public relations, and finally teaching Spanish and Portuguese at the College of Southern Nevada. I currently write from my home office which allows me to spend more time with my husband and pride of rescued felines.
